FAQ

Helpful answers about choosing a Zubest product, building a daily routine, shipping and returns.

How do I choose between digestive support and hip & joint support?

Choose the support need that matches your daily wellness goal. Digestive products are positioned for gut health and digestive balance; hip & joint products are positioned for mobility, flexibility and normal joint function.

How do I choose between powder and soft chews?

Powder works well for dogs who eat consistent meals and do not mind a meal-mix routine. Soft chews are convenient for dogs who enjoy a separate chew.

Can I use both formats for the same support need?

Choose one format for the same support need unless your veterinarian gives different guidance. Using both may duplicate ingredients and servings.

How should I introduce a new supplement?

Introduce routine changes gradually, monitor your dog, keep fresh water available, and follow the directions and cautions on the current product label.

What if my dog has a medical condition or takes medication?

Ask your veterinarian before use if your dog has a medical condition, takes medication, is pregnant or nursing, or has special dietary needs.

Where can I find serving guidance?

Serving guidance is shown on each product page and on the product label. The printed label is the most current source for directions, cautions and storage.

Where are Zubest supplements made?

Zubest supplements are manufactured in China in a GMP-certified facility. Orders are fulfilled from a U.S. warehouse.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are normally processed in 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery to the contiguous United States is 3–7 business days after shipment, and tracking is included.

Can I return an opened supplement?

Opened supplements are not returnable for preference-based returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can help.

How can I get help with an order?

Email Zubest-pets@outlook.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.
