Shipping Policy

Zubest orders ship from a U.S. warehouse. Available shipping methods, charges and the final delivery estimate are shown at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated delivery

Delivery to the contiguous United States is normally estimated at 3–7 business days after shipment. Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and remote destinations may take longer. Address eligibility and the final estimate are shown at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking link is sent to the email address used at checkout after the order ships. Carrier scans may take time to update.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Unexpected delays

If we cannot meet the stated shipping timing, we will contact you with a revised estimate and the available cancellation or refund options.

Delivery issues

If a package appears lost, damaged or delivered incorrectly, email Zubest-pets@outlook.com with your order number and relevant photos.
